“Very good quality – despite the low price” KUNSTGLUCKE FB 50-B The “JAEGER Artificial Incubator” FB 50-B is also a useful and reasonably priced appliance for beekeeping because of its ideal construction. It was recommended years ago by Zander/Boettcher (Beekeeping and hatching, Eugen Ulmer, Publishers, 1979). The lower part of the FB 50 E incubator housing consists of high-quality polystyrene and is therefore resistant to wear and tear, heat insulating and moisture resistant. The incubation and hatching processes can be observed through the double-walled transparent lid at any time without disturbing. The temperature is controlled automatically with an adequate accuracy of +/- 0.3 °C through an electronic proportional controller. We naturally supply you with a complete appliance; a thermometer and a hygrometer are also supplied.
Hygrometers can be used to control the humidity (accessory). Adding water is made on a water channel plate with a plastic woven grid cover (accessory).
